Recognising creative people in the Great Lakes region!

The biannual Great Lakes Cultural Awards recognise and honour individuals and organisations for artistic excellence, innovation, achievement and / or support of the arts in our region.

There are 3 categories;

• Visual Arts - Organisation, Individual and Youth
• Performing Arts - Organisation, Individual and Youth
• Enlightened Support - Organisation, Individual or Group that has made a significant  contribution to any creative discipline, either by endowment or by  creative practice.

Great Lakes Cultural Awards 2011 Presentation Night  was a "Great Night Out!"

The Great Lakes cultural community Dressed Up!  Dressed Arty!  and Dressed Creative!  coming together at the 2011

Great Lakes Cultural Awards, held at Tuncurry Bowling Club on Saturday September 3. 

It was an evening not to be missed and featured  live entertainment and a high quality art exhibition, combined with creative group table decorating and high fashion on the night awards!
