Draft Local Enviromental Plan No. 73 - Land at South Forster proposes to rezone land at South Forster for residential, open space, neighbourhood shopping, community purposes and drainage. The land is generally bounded by the existing Lakes Estate residential area, Cape Hawke Dr and Great Lakes Campus.

The land subject to the LEP: Lot 1 DP 729734 and Lot 303 DP 1099114, Cape Hawke Dr, South Forster.

The draft Local Environmental Plan (rezoning plan) and the supporting Background Rezoning Report were publicly exhibited from 21 July to 20 August 2010.  The exhibition period for draft Local Environmental Plan (LEP) No. 73 - Land at South Forster is now closed.  All submissions to the rezoning plan will be reported to Council.
