Development Consents

In accordance with the provisions of Section 101 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, Council provides notification of recently granted development consent.

The undermentioned developments have recently been granted consent. A copy of the consent, together with any conditions attached thereto, may be inspected at Council's Customer Service Centre during office hours Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Development Applications Recently Received by Council

Council reports on a monthly basis all Development Applications which have been received. Details include the Development Application number, the name of the applicant, the location of the proposed development, a description of the type of development and the cost.
