In 2011 primary schools across the Great Lakes were invited to participate in the Australia Day Schools e-calendar competition.

This year the theme was "Great Health, Great Lakes". School children were asked "how do you keep healthy in the Great Lakes?"  Each participating school selected 12 finalists from their school, whose works have been included in a 2012 school specific e-calendar. These e-calendars have been produced by Council for placement on school websites as a free download.

From finalists across all participating schools, a further 13 entries have been chosen. These are available as a FREE downloadable calendar on this page (see downloadable document at the bottom of this page).

Students of the Great Lakes have some great insights into keeping healthy in the Great Lakes.  All students are commended on their entries and congratulations are extended to the 13 artists selected for this calendar.

Schools 2012 e-Calendar
