Solicitors, real estate agents and members of the public may make an application for either of these Certificates accompanied by the approved fee.
| Section 603 Rating Certificates |
| Under Section 603 of the Local Government Act 1993 a person may apply to Council for a Section 603 Certificate which will notify of any rates, charges or otherwise due and payable to the Council on a parcel of land. |
| Section 735a Certificates |
|
A Section 735a Certificate advises whether there are any outstanding notices or orders which have been issued by Council on a parcel of land. These could include ordinance orders for health and regulatory matters, development assessment decisions and noxious weeds.

| Processing Time and Ordering |
|
The usual turn around time for a non-urgent Section 603 Certificate or a Section 735a Certificate is approximately five (5) days from the date of receipt and payment.
For same day issuing, an Urgency Fee will apply.
