Change your Personal Details
- You can apply to change your address details for the purposes of all Council business by downloading and completing the Change of Personal Details Form .
- Please note that if you have a registered pet, you will need to also complete the Department of Local Government's Change of Address C3 Form and submit that in person or by post to Council.
- To change your name, please contact the Land and Property Management Authority and submit the changed details. This will change your name for rates notices and property ownership purposes.
- For other Council business, please send a copy of your supporting evidence (Marriage Certificate or Change of Name Certificate) to Council when submitting the Change of Personal Details Form.
