The Household Travel Survey (HTS) asked residents of Forster/Tuncurry to provide details of their travel patterns.  The HTS was carried out on Thursday 16 August 2012.

Residents were asked to complete a travel diary for all travel undertaken on the day.  The results of the HTS have been analysed and a report has been prepared outlining the key findings of the HTS.

Results of the HTS will be used to further refine Council's Traffic & Transport Model.  The data collected will help in Council's forward planning to ensure that the transport network will be suitable in the future.
