Council's "Towards a Sustainable Great Lakes" program is about creating a positive future for the region, to ensure we meet the needs of the current and next generations. To achieve this, Council aims to identify and protect the community's key values which reflect our lifestyle, unique environment and cultural activities. The initiative calls on all sectors of the community to work together to develop and deliver this vision to protect and create a place we are proud to be a part of.
