Tenders, Quotations and Expressions of Interest

TenderLink is an online tendering system utilised by Great Lakes Council. TenderLink allows Tenderers to download Tender documentation and upload Tender responses. Tenderers must first register with TenderLink at https://www.tenderlink.com/greatlakes.

Access to and use of TenderLink is subject to terms and conditions. Tenderers must agree to comply with those terms and conditions and any applicable instructions, processes, procedures and recommendations as advised on TenderLink.

Any addendum will be issued through TenderLink, or such other appropriate means that will reasonably ensure that all potential Tenderers are given a fair and equal access to information relating to the RFT. When an addendum is issued, TenderLink is designed to send a system-generated email to the email address of all registered users who have original Tender documentation, advising them of the issuance of an addendum.

All tenders, quotations and expressions of interest for Great Lakes Council are now located on the Tenderlink site, however at times Council uses other means when requesting quotations and Tenders. Current requests are detailed below. 

Current Tenders 

Quotations for: Register of Suppliers of Hired Plant and Equipment 

Hirers of Plant and Equipment are invited to submit quotations to Great Lakes Council for its Register of Suppliers of Hired Plant  for the 2013/2014 financial year.

Conditions of Hire and Specifications may be obtained by telephoning the Depot Clerks at the Tuncurry Works Depot on (02) 6591 7100.  A fee of $25 will apply.

Submissions can be made by regular post or electronically (for website address and password please contact the Depot Clerks). 

All submissions close at 4pm Friday 14 June 2013.

Applications received after the above date will be placed on the supplementary 'B' list.

The lower or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted.
