Forster and Tea Gardens Libraries will again be holding their weekly sessions of Tiny Turtles and Turtle Time, for the Under 5 set!
TINY TURTLES TEN MINUTES A DAY PROGRAM
Participants New Born - 2 years. Parents in attendance. Older siblings welcome.
This program is designed to encourage new parents to sing action songs, rhymes and read stories to their babies. The program provides social interaction for parents and babies. The skills of language, sound and movement are encouraged and developed. The baby's concentration levels begin to develop as they discover new sounds, words, pictures and have loads of fun with other babies and older siblings. The babies are offered a musical hand held instrument and are encouraged to move and sing along. This is a perfect social setting for the new additions to the world. The babies respond beautifully and this provides a relaxed environment for both baby and parent to meet and socialise with others.
Tiny Turtle sessions are held every Wednesday @ Tea Gardens - 10 am and every Thursday @ Forster - 10.30 am
