Development Assessment Panel
The DAP is made up of representatives with expert knowledge of planning, building and engineering and meets on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
The panel is available to discuss any aspects of development or subdivision prior to the submission of a formal Development Application or Building Application or following the submission.
Developers and builders are encouraged to discuss any proposal with the panel at a preliminary stage to ensure delays do not occur during the processing of their applications.
