SUMMARY OF RESIDENTIAL STANDARDS

This Guide gives some basic standards to assist in preliminary design work. These are extracts only from Council’s Residential Development Control Plan (can be downloaded from this web site) which covers multi-unit and small lot housing, and other policies mentioned for particular cases. Approvals will however be based on the whole policy in each case and different requirements could be imposed depending on individual cases.
