Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996

 

Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Draft Amendment No. 58), and Rezoning Justification Report for Lots 3 and 4 DP 1052466, Lots 1 and 2 DP 1012758, Lots 310 and 312 DP 774361 and Lots 1 and 2 DP 847940, Waratah Close, Bottlebrush Close and Camellia Place, Green Point.

Council has resolved to exhibit a draft Local Environmental Plan (LEP) that proposes to rezone land at Green Point from 1(c) Future Urban Investigation to 7(a1) Environmental Protection zone and 2 Village  under Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996.  

Draft Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan (Amendment No. 58), and the supporting Rezoning Justification Report
are being publicly exhibited from 23 January to
7 March 2008.

Persons wishing to view the formal statutory exhibition of this draft planning instrument may do so at Council’s Administration Building , Breese Parade Forster between 8.15am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday (public holidays excepted).  

Public Submissions

Submissions from the community are invited and all submissions are to be received by Council by 4.30pm on Friday, 7 March 2008.  Submissions should be signed and dated.  All submissions will be reported to Council.
